Regulations on competitions 2009

I. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

All –Ukrainian competitions in Sporting are conducted to:

• involve the population to study physical culture and sports;
• further development of sport and its promotion in a state;
• to increase the skill level of Ukrainian sportsmen’s;
• to select the best athletes to the national team of Ukraine to participate in international competitions.

II. CATEGORY, PERIOD AND VENUE OF COMPETITIONS

1. Cup of shooting and hunting club “Sporting-Master”, Compak Sporting, 11-12.04.2009, Donetsk.

2. Open tournament “Spring of Crimea”, Compak Sporting, 25-26.04.2009, Bakhchisarai, Crimea.

3. Open Tournament “Cup Rivnenschiny”, Compak Sporting, 2-3.05.2009, Rivne.

4. Federation of Sporting Cup, Compak Sporting, ABT, 26-28.06.2009, Zburyivka, Kherson region.

5. Open tournament “Crimean Summer”, Sporting, 1-2.08.2009, Bakhchisarai, Crimea.

6. Cup of shooting and hunting club «Sokil», Sporting, 22-23.08.2009, Rivne

7. League of Ukraine, Compak Sporting, ABT, 11-13.09.2009, Zburyivka Kherson region.

8. Tournament club teams prize of shooting and hunting club “Sporting-Master”, Compak Sporting, AVT, 25-27.09.2009, Donetsk.

III. MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPETITION

Competitions are held in shooting centers agreed with the All-Ukrainian public organization “Federation of Sporting”

The Presidium of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Federation of Sporting” manages training and the competition.

Board of judges conducts a competition. The Board of judges is recommended by the Panel of judges of the Federation and is approved by the Presidium of the Federation.  

Owners of shooting centers bear responsibility for competition sites (shooting centers) in a place of the competition.

Not later than 30 days before the event owners of shooting facilities report of willingness of facilities for the event (availability and cost of targets, number of operational shooting sites ...), as well as the conditions and terms of financing the judges.

IV. CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION AND REQUIREMENTS TO  PARTICIPANTS

Competitions are conducted in accordance with applicable Rules and Regulations on competition, including changes and additions, which came into force on the day of the competition.

Sportsmen of Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regions, cities, Kyiv, Sevastopol and sports clubs are involved in the competitions.

Juniors born 1989 (boys and girls) can participate in competitions among adults (men and women).

 V.  SUBMISSION AND ADMISSION OF PARTICIPANTS   

Admission of teams and participants in all-Ukrainian trap-shooting is accomplished according to previous submission.

Confirmation of participation in the event are submitted to the All-Ukrainian public organization “Federation of Sporting“, not later than 15 days before the competition.

On the day of training (up to 15-00) representatives of teams shall submit to the Credentials Commitions:

• registered application (in a prescribed form) with a copy of permission to weapons of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for all team members;
• report on awareness the safety rules;
• application forms of the competitors;
• entry fee of each participant, which makes testimonial for winners and funds for judicial panel.

If registered application is received not in time, the team is not allowed to the competition.

VII. WINNERS AND AWARDS

Individual and team championship are determined separately for the largest number of affected targets in terms of  the program of competition.

Sportsmen who took 1-3 places in the individual championship of the Federation Cup,  are awarded by diplomas, cups the All-Ukrainian public organization «Federation of Sporting», and cash prizes collected of entry fees or sponsors, 4-6 place is awarded by diplomas and cash prizes. The size of awards is determined mainly by judge of the competition and sponsors, if any.

Athletes who took 1-3 places in the individual championship in the Cup of Ukraine, awarded by diplomas and medals of the All-Ukrainian public organization «Federation of Sporting» and cash prizes collected of  entry fees of the athletes or sponsors, 4-6 place - diplomas and cash prizes. The size of awards is determined mainly by judge of the competition and sponsors, if any.

Teams winners (1-3 place) of the Federation Cup Ukraine are by awarded cups, Federation diplomas and cash, League of Ukraine - medals, Federation diplomas and cash prizes.

Athletes who took 1-3 places in the individual championship Hunting and Shooting Club “Sporting Master” Cup, Open Tournament “Cup of Rivne”, Hunting and Shooting Club ” Sokil” Cup, ”Spring of Crimea”, ”Crimean Summer”, ”Crimean Autumn”, Club Team Tournaments for prize Hunting and Shooting Club «Sporting Master», are awarded by diplomas, cups and medals of the organizers of the competition and cash collected of entry fee or sponsors, those who took 4-6 places - diplomas and cash prizes. The size of awards is determined mainly by the judge the competition and sponsors, if any.

 Team winners (1-3 place) of Hunting and Shooting Club «Sporting Master» Cup , “Spring in Crimea” tournament, “Crimean Summer”, “Crimean Autumn”, club teams of the tournament prize of Hunting and Shooting Club «Sporting Master» are awarded by  cups, medals and diplomas from organizers of the competition.

Team winners (1 place) of the Open Tournament «Cup Rivnenschiny» is awarded by the transitional Cup to be returned next year, and with diplomas from organizers of the competition, teams are awarded by diplomas for 2-3 place.

Team winners (1- 3 place) of the competition on Hunting and Shooting Club ”Sokol” Cup are awarded by medals and diplomas of the organizers of the competition.

If the number of participants in the exercise is less than ten, the Board of judges has the right to alter size of cash prize  to winners of competitions.

If number of teams competing is less than four, the Board of judges has the right to make alter size of cash prize to teams- winners of competitions.

VIII. PREPARATION SPORTS FACILITIES AND COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY.

According to the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 18.12.1998 No. 2025 "On preparation of sports facilities and other designated places for the public, cultural and entertainment events":

• preparation of sports facilities is relied on their owners;
• a working committee established by relevant regional and municipal administrations monitors the preparation and provides safety in the event.

Owners of the sports facilities shall submit report to the Board of Judges at least 4 hours before the start of the competition.

Noncompliance with the requirements of the present article, which became the cause of emergency during the competition, entails responsibility according to the laws of Ukraine.
